Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Engineer / HPC to support HPC clusters at Hill AFB in Utah. You will work with a Senior Cloud Engineer on job scheduling, GPU-accelerated workloads, and data platform integration in a fast-paced mission environment.

Required: 2 years cloud or infra engineering, experience with HPC schedulers, Python/bash, and security clearances. Strong collaboration and DevOps skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 2 years cloud or infrastructure engineering.
  • Exposure to HPC schedulers or GPU-accelerated computing.
  • Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD, IaC, GitOps).
  • Experience with job schedulers (e.g., Slurm, PBS).
  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

  • HPC Operations: Support daily operation of HPC clusters, operate schedulers, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Data Platform & Infrastructure Support: Integrate HPC compute with data pipelines and AWS data services; IaC for cluster provisioning.
  • Agile Delivery & Collaboration: Participate in sprints, document configurations, and collaborate with engineering teams.
