Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior AI infrastructure engineer to design and operate GPU-based, scalable, and secure accelerated‑computing environments across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.

You will deploy clusters, automate operations, and ensure performance, resiliency, and cost‑efficiency for AI training, inference, and multi‑node workloads. Requires 5+ years with Kubernetes, Slurm, and automation tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years designing, deploying, and managing accelerated-computing infrastructure across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with GPUs/DPUs/CPUs, high‑bandwidth networks, and AI storage architectures.
• 5+ years building automation tools and workflows with Kubernetes, Slurm, Run:ai.
• >= 6 months experience with Claude Code, AI automation tools, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement accelerated-computing infrastructure solutions aligned to system architecture and governance.
• Deploy, configure, and operate GPU-based clusters across bare-metal and containerized environments using Kubernetes orchestration.
• Integrate infrastructure platforms with enterprise security, data platforms, and service-management processes.
• Develop reusable tools, scripts, and automation workflows for provisioning, configuration, validation, monitoring, incident management.
• Establish repeatable operational processes for cluster provisioning, patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Benchmark and validate GPU, compute, storage, and network performance for AI training and multi-node workloads.
• Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Provide guidance and optimization for GPU clusters with emphasis on availability, resiliency, energy efficiency, and cost control.
