Maloney Properties is seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Manager to join our team, overseeing 60 units of senior housing in Burlington, VT. Work hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, under the direction of the Regional Manager.

You will handle leasing and recertifications, budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, legal management, unit and common area inspections, vendor management, coordination with maintenance, resident relations, and office supervision.
