Job summary

Responsibilities

• General maintenance duties including lawn care, snow removal, cleaning, minor electrical and plumbing repairs and painting.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants.
• Light to moderate lifting is required.
• Daily interaction with residents.
• Coordinate with hired contractors to ensure service adequacy (trash, extermination, etc.).
