Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our Indiana-based housing communities. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to keep properties clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents.

The ideal candidate brings maintenance, janitorial, or related experience, plus the ability to work independently or with a team. A HS diploma or higher is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred for training and mobility between sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds keeping experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary for training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly housing property and perform janitorial duties as necessary.
• Demonstrate ability to make repairs and ensure systems and equipment are in good working order.
• Inspect the property routinely and evaluate its physical condition.
