County of San Mateo Department of Housing is seeking a Housing and Community Development Specialist III to advance affordable housing across San Mateo County. The role will manage development projects as a subsidy lender from predevelopment through permanent conversion, ensuring regulatory compliance and project viability.
The specialist may draft loan documents, prepare NOFAs, evaluate proposals, and underwrite proposals.
Responsabilidades
- Focus on managing affordable housing development projects as the subsidy lender from predevelopment through permanent conversion.
- Draft template loan documents and NOFAs, and evaluate proposals and underwriting.
- Collaborate with city housing staff, the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, and other County agencies to serve vulnerable populations and support new construction affordable rental housing.
