Mackenzie Stuart is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to join a real estate investment firm’s growing Senior Housing team. The role focuses on driving value creation, optimizing portfolio performance, and collaborating with operators and internal stakeholders.

You will analyze financial statements, prepare investment materials, and support budgeting and capital initiatives to improve NOI and margins across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in senior housing asset management.
• Strong understanding of property-level financials, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience working with third-party operators or joint ventures.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute asset-level business plans for senior housing investments with monthly KPI tracking.
• Conduct operator calls and visits to monitor occupancy, rate growth, and capex.
• Prepare investment memoranda, asset reports, and investor materials.
• Manage refinancing, recapitalization, and dispositions alongside external stakeholders.
