Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, TX seeks a Senior Housekeeping Training Supervisor to oversee training programs across Housekeeping and ensure quality standards. The role focuses on developing staff, managing onboarding, and maintaining high efficiency in guest rooms, laundry, and public spaces.

The position is full-time, mid- to late-evening shift, with a hourly pay of $23 and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• One-year supervisory experience in Housekeeping.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Housekeeping operations of a hotel.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
• Must be able to communicate in English - read, speak, and write.
• Knowledge of a Hotel Property Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the housekeeping training program and quality control efforts.
• Develop staff to maintain high standards and efficiency in Housekeeping.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires and cross-trained staff.
• Audit and develop peer trainers through coaching and training sessions.
