Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Training Center in Westlake, TX seeks a Senior Housekeeping Training Supervisor to support the training program and quality control across the Housekeeping department. The role covers guest rooms, laundry and public spaces with a focus on standards.

You will develop staff to uphold the highest standards and efficiency, oversee onboarding, training outlines, competency, and conduct ongoing training.

Qualifications

• One-year supervisory experience in Housekeeping.
• Hospitality industry experience recommended in housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in overseeing and implementing the training program in Housekeeping.
• Develop staff to maintain high standards and efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires and transfers.
• Coordinate and conduct Quality Control across Guest Rooms, Laundry and Public Space.
