Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, provide training, coaching and feedback for efficiency.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, address issues and counsel staff as needed.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of house to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assign staff tasks and monitor special requests to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage supplies and inventory at shift start to control costs and ensure availability.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues.
