Qualifications

• One year of experience in an institutional housekeeping department.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct housekeeping and laundry staff operations according to regulations.
• Ensure safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training and performance coaching.
