Job summary

Trailpoint Village is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to lead the housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff and visitors. You will plan, organize and direct operations in line with state and federal regulations.

The role requires leadership, teamwork and a patient, supportive presence, with supervisory experience preferred and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an institutional housekeeping department.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct housekeeping and laundry operations in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead, mentor and supervise housekeeping and laundry aides on a daily basis.
• Create a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff and the public.
• Foster teamwork and a supportive presence to ensure high-quality care.
