Job summary

Parkmeadows is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to coordinate staff and ensure clean, safe environments across offices, residences, and grounds. You will schedule shifts, inspect areas, manage supplies, and uphold safety standards for this long-term care community.

The ideal candidate has a GED, at least one year in supervision or related training, and strong English communication skills. Experience in long-term care is preferred, and you will lead trainings and meetings to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Supervision and scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care facility preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates staffing schedules.
• Plans and schedules cleaning programs and inspections.
• Monitors inventory and procures supplies and equipment.
• Leads training sessions and department meetings.
• Ensures safety compliance with MSDS, OSHA, EPA rules and regulations.
• Performs cleaning duties as needed and maintains work areas.
