Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Florida to lead and inspect Housekeepers and Housemen, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and QA compliance.

You will support resort leaders with staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity and maintain safety standards. The role requires at least one year of housekeeping experience with supervisory exposure preferred, and hospitality customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year related housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect work of Housekeepers and Houseman to ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure QA process is met for appropriate cleanliness and quality levels.
• Support Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures.
• Support the Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
