Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections.
• Educate and train Room Attendants to meet brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain key control systems and daily log of Lost and Found items.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff to maximize efficiency and safety.
