Campbell Street is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning staff and ensure a safe, sanitized environment for residents. The role focuses on scheduling, coaching, and maintaining quality standards across housekeeping duties.

You will lead a team, implement procedures, and manage materials while communicating clearly with staff. A high school diploma and solid English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.
• Establish the schedule and plan daily work assignments.
• Trains and coaches staff in laundry, housekeeping and dry cleaning.
• Manages customer housekeeping problems.
• Inspects and approves staff work performance.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and training to staff.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
• Meets goals of production.
• Develops and trains staff on policy.
• Orders cleaning materials and maintain budget.
