Job summary

Hotel Equities in San Francisco, CA seeks a Sales Manager for the Hotel Fusion to drive revenue through new and existing accounts. You will perform direct sales, manage key accounts, and develop targeted accounts while maintaining professional client relationships and accurate records.

Role requires travel to client sites, strong negotiation skills, and a drive to exceed annual revenue targets; Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet revenue goals through new and existing accounts.
• Experience with hotel sales processes and standards is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license for on-site calls.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow current hotel accounts for Revenue goals.
• Direct sales calls, target high revenue opportunities, and manage key accounts.
• Plan targeted account development and maintain client profiles and traces.
• Utilize yield management and negotiate room rates and space commitments.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date client files and reports.
