Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Courtyard Austin Downtown. You will uphold high maintenance standards, support the Chief Engineer, and lead essential repair work to ensure guest comfort and property integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hotels or facilities maintenance, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a valid driver’s license. A flexible, safety‑minded approach is essential to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs and operating instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and basic safety knowledge.
• 1–3 years in hotels or facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance standards meet WL, Brand and Guest expectations.
• Support Chief Engineer in supervising all Engineering functions.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, alterations and installations safely.
• Advise and support other engineers as needed.
• Identify and repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical or plumbing issues.
• Coordinate materials, tools and supplies with supervisors.
