You will assist the Director of Finance with accounting functions, A/R processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of GAAP-based financial statements while ensuring internal controls and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Accounting required.
• One year experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting.
• Knowledge of Hotel Financial Statements and reconciliation of A and L accounts.
• Analytical approach to problems with high regard for detail and accuracy.
• Sound administrative and managerial skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist Director of Finance in directing the hotel’s financial activities and preparing reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collections.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and assist in asset inventories.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and record retention requirements.
• Support tax returns preparation and other government reporting obligations.
