Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking an Engineer III to ensure the reliability, safety, and excellence of hotel facilities while supporting seamless guest and employee experiences.

You will maintain and repair building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, lead or assist in complex repairs, and drive preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety).
• Experience leading complex repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues across systems.
• Safety, environmental, and brand-compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and repair building systems and equipment.
• Lead or support complex repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to engineering requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the property.
