Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Miami seeks a dependable Engineer III to join our Engineering team. This entry-level role supports maintenance of facilities and systems, performing preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Working with experienced engineers, you’ll develop hands-on knowledge while helping ensure property is maintained safely, efficiently, and to Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on repair experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
• English communication skills sufficient for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and equipment repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests while minimizing guest disruption.
• Document maintenance tasks accurately in shift reports.
• Support senior engineers during maintenance shutdowns and bigger projects.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and PPE used correctly.
• Maintain clean and organized engineering work areas.
