• Proven experience in hotel engineering and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to lead a technical team and coordinate with other departments.
• Knowledge of safety, codes, and regulatory requirements for hotels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire physical operation of the property and its systems.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs across hotel assets.
• Manage CapEx planning, vendor relations, and project execution.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize guest disruption during maintenance.
• Establish training for the Engineering department on hotel systems and safety.
