You will drive design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to accelerate durability validation.

Qualifications

• Lead durability strategy for turbine and combustor components and HSRI targets.
• Design and assess turbine airfoils, BOAS, combustor liners with cooling and coatings.
• Develop and execute mechanical and time-dependent damage analyses, CHT and related simulations.
• Evaluate durability impact of complex cores, cooling geometries and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root-cause investigations using returned/failed hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design reviews, safety boards, and program milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers on durability methods and best practices.
• Support manufacturing and supply chain by understanding process capabilities and variability.
