Sapsol Technologies Inc in East Hartford, CT is seeking an Aerospace Design Engineer focused on hot section engineering to shape detailed design solutions for critical engine hardware. You will work with combustor, turbine, and exhaust components and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with GD&T and ASME Y14.5M standards.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience with gas turbine engines, a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace, and experience with Pratt & Whitney Aerospace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in gas turbine engines (hot section).
• Experience with Pratt & Whitney Aerospace.
• Ability to read part blueprints and ASME Y14.5M.
• GD&T knowledge.
• Engine hardware knowledge (GTF combustor, turbine, exhaust).
• Strong technical writing and MS Office documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manipulate complex solid models for detailed engineering assemblies.
• Draft and review technical documentation outlining engineering requirements in accordance with customer and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support data exchange and project alignment.
• Interpret technical data accurately and make design decisions aligned with project specifications and regulatory standards.
