Job summary

DESC in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for the HOST program. The role oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, and service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring quality care and program compliance.

You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate with housing and health partners, and contribute to budget development and strategic planning. The position requires a relevant clinical credential and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field.
• Licensed credential relevant to behavioral health.
• Minimum two years’ experience in community-based behavioral health services.
• One+ year supervisory experience.
• Ability to drive and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HOST operations across multiple service locations.
• Oversee client screening, enrollment, assessment, and transitions.
• Develop workflows and coordinate with partners to support continuity of care.
• Provide leadership for urgent operational and safety concerns.
• Monitor program compliance, reporting, and budgets.
• Supervise HOST Clinical Supervisors and Peer Supervisor.
• Represent HOST in internal and external meetings.
