Wedgewood Weddings in Temecula, CA is seeking a Hospitality Interior Designer with a strong portfolio in guest-focused environments. The role focuses on creating exceptional experiences across our venues, balancing aesthetic design with practical execution.

You’ll lead venue enhancement projects from concept to completion, collaborating with operations, construction, and leadership teams, and overseeing FF&E selection, procurement, and installation. Hybrid schedule with two in-office days.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing hospitality, commercial, retail, restaurant, experiential, or guest-focused environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, finish palettes, and FF&E packages for venue renovations and enhancements.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, lighting decor, artwork, and specialty furnishings.
• Create cohesive design solutions that align with brand standards while reflecting each venue’s character.
• Manage procurement including vendor sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and installation coordination.
• Partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants throughout project execution.
• Produce renderings, presentations, mood boards, and project documentation.
• Maintain finish schedules, material libraries, and design standards across the portfolio.
• Research and incorporate emerging hospitality and experiential design trends.
• Support venue teams with furnishing replacement recommendations and ongoing design guidance.
• Travel periodically to venues nationwide for planning, installations, and site evaluations.
