The Senior Analyst, Hospitality Asset Management provides the analytical and presentation support behind portfolio-level decision-making, combining financial modeling, market research, and business plan analysis to support effective asset utilization and investment decision making across the portfolio.
Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Superior quantitative and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build, stress-test, and defend complex models independently.
Requires professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience.
Demonstrated interest in process systemization and an aptitude for adopting structured, repeatable workflows, with room to grow into ownership of platform systems over time.

The typical base salary hiring range for this role is $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year, plus bonus program participation.
The pay range is base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate, and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job related factors.
