Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hospital maintenance experience or 7 years in an industrial setting.
• EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance of hospital facilities.
• Maintain boilers, chillers and plant equipment.
• Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
• Document work and maintain logs on appropriate records.
• Respond to on-call and shift assignments as scheduled.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all operations.
