Resolute Health Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III to perform maintenance, repairs and preventive services on hospital buildings, equipment and the physical plant. The role includes operating emergency generators, inspecting safety systems and documenting all work on logs.

Minimum 5 years in hospital maintenance or 7 years in an industrial setting; EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification required. This is a day shift, full-time position with potential sign-on bonus in some locations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: high school graduate or equivalent
• Preferred trade school in mechanical, electrical or air conditioning
• Minimum 5 years hospital maintenance or 7 years industrial experience
• Preferred 10 years hospital experience
• EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification required; training in mechanical/electrical/air conditioning or equivalent experience of ten years

• Operate and maintain emergency generators
• Inspect fire safety equipment and systems

• Maintain a chemical treatment program for cooling and heating systems
