You will maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; test emergency power systems; and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Trade school or equivalent experience preferred.
• Training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, boiler maintenance, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, telecommunication systems, and various other hospital equipment preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Experience in commercial or hospital maintenance preferred.
