Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 or more years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of managing hourly employees.
• Account management or exemplary customer service experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Three years of direct supervisory/management experience in a production environment.
• Experience working in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 35+ hourly staff and Supervisors, manage performance and payroll.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships across HSCL locations.
• Be the customer advocate and primary HSCL contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct on-site visits to train and develop staff.
• Identify potential customer cost savings during visits.
• Update CRM entries and generate reports for business reviews.
• Assist customers and staff with linen management system issues.
• Train team on new processes and HSCL products; support non-union leads.
