Qualifications

• State and/or federal background checks as required for regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Begins prompt corrective action on all deficiencies found during inspections.
• Demonstrates knowledge of general and specialty tools used in building maintenance.
• Operates test equipment for building systems repair and maintenance.
• Familiar with analytical equipment used in preventive maintenance functions.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (NFPA 99, OSHA, NEC, etc.).
• Maintains documentation for inspections and regulatory forms.
