Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, and control systems, while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to NFPA, OSHA, and ASHE standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in plant operations and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and shop drawings.
• Experience with building systems troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Begins prompt corrective action on deficiencies found during inspections.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of tools used in building maintenance and repairs.
• Operates and interprets test equipment for troubleshooting building systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and documents results and regulatory compliance.

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Formal training beyond high school

Valid Driver’s License

State criminal background check and Federal background check (as applicable)
