Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, mechanical engineering or closely related field with 3–5 years of hospital plant operations experience.
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and regulatory requirements in healthcare facilities.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team and managing budgets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for the facility and off-campus locations.
• Plan repairs, replacements, and enhancements to equipment and structures.
• Establish maintenance schedules, prioritize work, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor staffing, productivity, and adherence to standards; manage budgets and reports.
• Oversee Building Automation System and energy-saving initiatives.
• Direct contractors and coordinate with Design/Construction teams on projects.
• Maintain documentation and reports for regulatory agencies and internal policies.
