Job summary

Cameron Hospital in Angola, IN is seeking a Facilities Mechanic III to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of building systems and utilities. You will install, adjust, and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components while maintaining safety and compliance with hospital standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of mechanical maintenance experience; PLCs/controls or electrical repair exposure preferred.
• Experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical, with safety training and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Repairs and maintains HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as assigned.
• Coordinates with vendors and the Facilities Supervisor for major projects.
• Documents maintenance actions and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
