Responsibilities

• Provide preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance to Cameron Hospital facilities.
• Delegate responsibilities and direct activities of facility team members.
• Coordinate with directors and vendors for maintenance projects and contractor work.
• Oversee inspections and regulatory checks (e.g., NFPA, life safety regs).
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and ensure safe, compliant operations.
