Qualifications

• Requires at least 3-5 years’ experience and 3 years in a management role (manages hourly & salaried employees)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Healthcare experience required
• Knowledge of Joint Commission preferred

Responsibilities

• Leadership — Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions and performance.
• Client Relationship — Develop and maintain effective client rapport and communicate progress.
• Financial Performance — Build revenue and manage budget including labor, supplies, equipment and services; understand margins.
• Productivity — Implement GM agenda for labor and facilities initiatives and optimize operations and costs.
• Compliance — Ensure facilities services meet regulatory and safety standards.
