Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ in the Dallas Fort Worth, TX area is seeking an Environmental Service Director to oversee the development and execution of facility solutions in healthcare settings. You will lead operations, ensure safety standards, and meet client expectations across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities include directing cleaning and sanitation programs, managing budgets and performance metrics, and coaching teams to deliver high-quality service while complying with health and safety

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in hospital environmental services preferred
• Requires up to 3 years of experience in an environmental services leadership role preferred
• Requires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and oversees cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs
• Owns and manages operational management and financial performance of the unit
• Coaches employees and develops team members to their fullest potential within the organization
• Establishes and maintains effective client rapport and communicates progress
• Manages budgets, labor, supply and inventory to meet financial targets
• Implements Aramark operating standards and processes to drive efficiency and safety
• Leads team meetings and ensures safety and sanitation standards in all operations
