St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center is seeking a Lead Environmental Services professional to oversee EVS operations across the hospital and departments, ensuring a sanitary, aseptic, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in food services or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital and health care operations preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital and health care financial metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the operations of Environmental Services to provide an aseptic and aesthetically pleasing environment across patient and non-patient areas.
• Ensures compliance with State, Local, Federal and Joint Commission regulations and department standards.
• Demonstrates adherence to ethical business practices within policies and procedures.
• Evaluates systems and processes, initiates improvements, and suggests changes to the Manager.
• Supports department leadership to achieve daily operations.
