The Director will oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets, bringing ten years of capital project experience and strong communication skills to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; ten years experience on capital projects.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, codes, safety regulations, and environmental concerns.
• Ability to brief visitors/inspectors on construction status.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative for daily management of capital projects.
• Coordinate with design team, general contractor, and safety officer.
• Ensure alignment with hospital goals and regulatory compliance.
