Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Medical Center Business Development Director for the North Tampa area. You will lead hospital-wide BD initiatives, design referral programs, and partner with hospital CEOs to drive census and patient-centered care.

Reporting to the Regional VP, you will build and mentor a high-impact BD team, align marketing with clinical goals, and promote safety and service excellence across network hospitals.

Qualifications

• Oversee hospital-wide Business Development initiatives.
• Design and implement referral programs and patient service strategies.
• Lead and develop the Business Development team and coordinate with hospital CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient admission processes and census management.
