Qualifications

• Requires successful track record in leading, managing or direct sales and marketing, preferably in Healthcare.
• Experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in healthcare is required.
• Knowledge of local healthcare market and physician relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing support and leadership for two or more hospitals within an assigned area.
• Review, evaluate, and monitor critical numbers and progress towards goals.
• Take actions to reverse negative admission and discharge volume trends.
• Implement plans to ensure marketing effectiveness and use monthly data to measure progress.
• Monitor volume, CMS %, payer mix %, and functional outcomes to ensure quality product lines.
• Communicate opportunity and threats in the marketplace to senior management.
• Manage marketing operations, including hiring and recruiting staff.
• Educate marketing staff on tools, budget, sales skills, and territory management.
