• Collects and analyzes data for decision making in health care settings.
• Prepares budgets and fiscal reports for review.
• Investigates patient and visitor issues and conducts special studies.
• Develops informational data for staff training programs.
• Plans, directs and reviews work of subordinate administrative personnel.
• Implements new programs and monitors their operation and effectiveness.
