Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience with increasing management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of an interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Provide supervision and evaluation including timely performance appraisals.
• Assist with hiring, orientation and mentoring of new employees.
• Develop and revise the plan of care through IDG meetings and planning activities.
• Ensure service is provided within policy and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with EMR for recertification and documentation workflows.
• Manage timesheets and payroll for direct reports and staff scheduling.
