Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Preferred: 3+ years of hospice, home health, or healthcare leadership experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees compliance with hospice regulations, laws, policies and procedures.
• Directs the day-to-day clinical operations, training and orientation, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees patient care activities to ensure alignment with plan of care and standards.
• Promotes hospice education to referral sources and the community.
• Acts as liaison between staff, patients, families, and Governing Body.
• Oversees hospice billing processes and staffing adequacy.
