Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury watch evaluation or cataloging.
• Fluent with horological tools and techniques.
• Understanding of precious metals and gemstone grading basics.
• Experience with internal databases and inventories.
• Strong written and verbal communication for catalog notes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Authentication & Valuation: evaluate watches for authenticity and market value using specialized tools.
• Cataloging & Description: write precise, historically accurate listings to reduce returns.
• Throughput & Workflow: coordinate with operations to maintain high-volume cataloging standards.
• Industry Engagement: build relationships with horological experts and service networks.
• Quality Assurance & Standards: improve catalog accuracy to EBTH quality benchmarks.
• Cross-Category Support: assist with adjacent estate categories during peak periods.
