Qualifications

• 6+ years related professional experience.
• 4+ years claims experience, homeowner claims preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate property loss claims in field and virtually.
• Photograph and inspect damaged dwellings and personal property with insured or 3rd party.
• Determine scope of repairs and prepare repair bids using Xactimate.
• Negotiate settlement with insured or contractor and follow repair process through to conclusion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all correspondence and documentation.
• Travel as needed for role and to attend meetings and trainings.
