CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Field Adjuster for Homeowner Claims, based remotely in the Philadelphia area with local travel. You will collect loss information, investigate and settle claims with field inspections and virtual reviews.

You will use Xactimate to prepare repairs, determine repair costs, and coordinate with networks or insured contractors while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer communication. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of professional claims experience.
• 4+ years in homeowner claims preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree may substitute 2 years.
• Knowledge of Xactimate and homeowner policies.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and evaluate property loss claims in field and virtually.
• Photograph and inspect damaged dwellings, structures and contents.
• Determine repair scope and prepare bids using Xactimate.
• Agree on cost of repairs with insured or chosen contractor.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate with insureds.
• Travel as needed for field investigations and meetings.
