Job summary

4 State Home Improvements is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to service the Springfield metro and surrounding communities. This road-warrior role requires your ability to manage a regional territory, build trust with seniors and families, and close high-ticket home improvement deals.

You will run appointments, present walk-in tub options, discuss financing, and complete paperwork with independence. Training is provided and travel opportunities exist as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience — REQUIRED
• iPad with active cellular service — REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license — REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation — REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision — REQUIRED
• Willingness to work throughout a regional territory — REQUIRED
• Willingness to occasionally travel outside your normal market — REQUIRED
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends when homeowner appointments require it — REQUIRED
• Strong communication and closing skills — REQUIRED
• Professional appearance and demeanor — REQUIRED
• Ability and willingness to work with seniors and their families — REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully complete the one-day virtual training — REQUIRED
