Job summary

Champions Group is building a standing bench of General Manager talent to lead residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical businesses as openings arise across our national platform.

We seek leaders with team leadership experience and a track record of full P&L ownership, ready to relocate for placement in California, Nevada, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Ohio, or Colorado. Base salary ranges from $200K–$225K with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Leaders with experience running a full center's operations (not just a crew).
• Ability to own a branch P&L and oversee revenue, margin, and customer experience.
• Comfort with CRM/ERP platforms and dispatch tools; ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and operational performance for your branch.
• Lead department managers and a team of technicians and support staff.
• Set local market strategy in pricing, marketing, and competitive positioning.
• Recruit, develop, and retain field and office talent.
• Read a branch scorecard and translate metrics into actionable plans.
